Fibrocartilage formation. Fragile union. Minimal loading.
3. Reparative Phase (Hard Callus)
Week 4-6
Clinical Union. Fracture sticky. Progressive loading allowed.
4. Remodeling Phase
Week 8 - Months
Radiological Union. Bone returns to original shape. Full activity.
