1. Deep Squat

Criteria for 3: Torso parallel to tibia, femur below horizontal, knees aligned over feet, dowel overhead.
Criteria for 2: Requires heels elevated to perform correctly.
Criteria for 1: Cannot perform even with heels elevated.
Criteria for 2: Requires heels elevated to perform correctly.

2. Hurdle Step

Instructions: Step over hurdle at tibial tuberosity height.
3: Hips/knees/ankles aligned, minimal lumbar movement.
2: Alignment lost, hip hike, or lumbar movement.
1: Contact with hurdle or loss of balance.

3. In-Line Lunge

4. Shoulder Mobility

Measure hand length. Make fists. Reach overhead/behind back.
