1. Pain & Tenderness Mild tenderness, minimal pain Moderate pain, exquisite tenderness Variable (Severe or No pain due to nerve rupture)

2. Swelling / Edema Minimal / No swelling Moderate / Localized swelling Significant / Generalized swelling

3. Weight Bearing / Function Able to bear weight / Full ROM Pain on weight bearing / Limping Unable to bear weight / Instability

4. Ligament Integrity (Stressing) Firm End Feel (No laxity) Soft End Feel (Some laxity but has endpoint) Empty End Feel (Gross laxity / No endpoint)
